our basic interior clean

Our general cleaning service at just .10 cents a square ft. This includes the dusting of all shelves and blinds. The removal of all trash. Changing out towels or napkins. Wiping all counter tops, sinks, desks and appliance exteriors. The sanitization of all door and cupboard handles, bathroom sinks, toilets and floors. The vacuuming and mopping of all floors.

  • GOLD PACKAGE our deep interior clean

Our deep clean service that goes beyond our general cleaning and includes our Silver Package at just 0.20 cents a sqft. Focusing on hard to reach areas and neglected spots. This includes the hand washing of blinds and interior windows,wet wiping of furniture, dusting of all fixtures, baseboards, and ceiling fans. The cleaning of all cupboards inside and out. The cleaning of the interior of all appliances. The deep cleaning of bathroom toilets and floors and garbage pail cleaning inside and out.

  • DEEP CARPET CLEANING at 0.30 cents a sqft with a $75 minimum

Extra carpet service add-ons:

Carpet protectant: $0.20 cents sqft (helps REPEL DIRT AND STAINS, extending the life of your carpet)

Spot and stain treatment: $25 Fee, per home for supplies

Deoderizer/ odor remover: $10 (fee per room, with a $25 total minimum )

  • FLOOR WAXING priced per job through our floor waxing expert.

  • ORGANIZING AND FILING prices quoted per job, through our filing and organizing expert.

  • AIR B&B CLEANS We have 3 crews offering same day turnovers. This cleaning service includes our Silver Package plus these extras; laundry services, interior appliance cleans, room by room checklists, issue and stock reporting at just 0.13 sqft.
  • POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANS at 0.30 sqft.
  • MOVE OUT CLEANS at 0.25 sqft.
